Hello, dear Featherheads! After last week’s Holy Week hiatus, Andrew will begin reading North! Or Be Eaten tonight on the interwebs. You can find him on YouTube, and in various places on Facebook (his page, Wingfeather’s, and the Rabbit Room’s). Book one is still up (on FB, anyway), so you can catch up if you need. Those of you who’ve read this series already know that this is where the story really takes off! So get your jammies and coloring supplies ready, and tell all your friends. 🙂
Here’s a certified-launch-team-member review of book 2 to get you excited:
Peterson once again builds an incredible story set within an incredible world, filled with imaginary creatures like the rockroach, toothy cows and snickbuzzards. “North! Or Be Eaten” is filled with adventure as well as moments of devastation and moments of hope. Readers will fall in love with the Igiby family, as well as new characters like the brave and feisty Strander girl named Maraly, Podo’s old flame Nurgabog, and the intriguing, swashbuckling Florid Sword.
For the rest of Semmie’s review, visit her blog! And we’ll see you tonight. 🙂
Walking on Water: Join us in the forum to discuss the last chapter! And speaking of the forum, please note the updated House Rules on the forum landing page when you next visit. We’re doing our best to keep the Branch Library of Ban Rona a safe place for everyone. 🙂
Extras: If you’re not quite done yet with Easter, here is a link and here is another. The first one is a mini-concert, recorded live just a few days ago. The second is a podcast with Andrew about longing, resurrection, and a trip to Israel. Enjoy!
