I wonder where you could get one?

On Aewiar, you could probably buy one at a local market. On earth, I would recommend taking up pottery to make the shape, and reuse guitar, piano, or (of course) harp strings. There are pictures online that you can use as instructions.

you prop it up against your chest you blow and play the part similar to the recorder and finger it with your right hand well plucking the strings of the harp part with your left its easy try some time:)

I am not completely sure, but I would suspect that the right hand would play similarly to a recorder, with the left hand either also fingering the recorder type part, or sliding over to the harp strings as needed for the song. There might be some fingerings where you could be playing both at once, but I am pretty sure you would need to be at least intermediate skill level to do that, it might even take an advanced player not to get tangled up doing both parts with the same hand. Would be really fun to learn.

It looks kinda like a penny whistle….. with a small harp attached.

I imagine it would sound like a flute and a harp. I’ve never heard those two instruments together, but I bet it sounds really sweet.

I always thought it would sound like a flute and a lute. Like medieval music.

Whittling could also be useful for making the shape.

I can imagine the sound, too beautiful to put into words. I play an instrument, and I think it would be great to try this… send a note to the woodworking guild!

Oh, now I really want one of those. It looks amazing. You think they’re hard to play? Though I guess only Leeli could tell us, bless her. I can just imagine what it would sound like.

I’ve always wondered that too.
