One of my favorite things about being your librarian is getting fan art forwards from Andrew. This one, from Kathleen, showed up in my inbox last week. I clicked it eagerly and it took my breath away. It's called "The Boy With Scars."
This is Janner. I love how Kathleen imagined him, so young and brave and scarred from putting himself in danger over and over again. I can see in his eyes that his bravery costs him something but he is willing to pay that cost. I think his uncle must be proud of him.Thank you, Kathleen!
